This peculiarly delicious cocktail certainly looks unconventional, but through some alcoholic wizardry, it tastes like toasted marshmallow with melted chocolate and graham crackers. It’s stronger than you might expect, so be careful because it’s deceptively delicious. I personally use almond milk in the recipe instead of whole milk, but whatever kind you use should work, you may just need to add a bit more or less to taste.
Ingredients: (makes 2)
- ice cubes
- 2 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz. Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 4 oz. whole milk
- melted chocolate, for garnish
Pour the Kahlua and whiskey into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes and shake until mixed. Put a few fresh ice cubes into two glasses, and split the milk between the glasses. Pour the liquor mix into each glass. Rim the glass with melted chocolate and swirl a spoonful into the drink to mix all the ingredients together. Enjoy immediately.
