Mark your calendars because the On The Rocks Festival is back! On The Rocks is the largest entirely student-run arts festival in Scotland. The festival is organized by students from the University of St Andrews and takes place in various venues throughout the Fife Coastal town from theatre venues and cafes to the St Andrews Castle! With the festival just around the corner beginning the 6th April, we are thrilled to announce the details for the Programme Launch, featuring events ranging from a raffle to performances from a jazz band for a night of pure artsy bliss.

Come and celebrate the launch of the OTR the only way we know how – with a cocktail night! Entry to the party will be free, but we’ve got a limited capacity so turn up early to avoid disappointment. As well as a collection of OTR goodies and our shiny new programme, we will be holding a raffle at 10pm for lots of different prizes, including an autographed mask of Joanna Lumley’s face. So come join us for a fun evening – and let us show off what an exciting festival we’ve got lined up!

This year marks On The Rocks’ 10th anniversary year, and the festival will take place from 6th April through to 15th April. On The Rocks allows St Andrews the opportunity to define ‘art’ in their own way, showing off the hugely talented and diverse artistic community of St Andrews. From musicals and dance shows, to stand-up comedy and immersive theatre, and even evolving murals that involve entire community, there is something in the festival for everyone.

On The Rocks brings excitement and vivacity to St Andrews with over 50 events happening during the 10-day period. The Programme Launch will give you a small slice of what you may expect come during the festival at the beginning of April.
