Banoffee Pie Recipe - Alex Rancourt
Lets be honest who doesn't love the rich, tasty pudding? Its easy to make and if you live in halls because you can just steal a couple bananas! This recipe is also easy to elaborate on, just add chocolate drizzle on top, nuts or sliced strawberries
300g of biscuits, this is around 3/4 of a packet (digestives or Hob-Knobs will work beautifully)
3 bananas
60g of melted butter
1 tin of Carmel
350ml of whipped cream
Crumble the biscuit and mix with the melted butter. Press into the base of a cooking dish and pop into a 160C degree oven for 10 mins. Let cool and then add in the toffee, the sliced bananas and the whipped cream. Voila!
